John Monk Associates is a Residential Heating and Plumbing Design and Building Services Consultancy based in Takeley Essex. We undertake the design and specification of all heating plumbing, drainage installations particularly in the counties of Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We specialise in designing sustainable, green solutions. Applications include self build, eco engineering, designs using heat pumps and solar. We provide a full design service producing specifications which can be used as a basis for installers to submit tenders to a common design.

Renewable design incorporates biomass boilers, photo voltaic solar, thermal solar, rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling, combined heat and power and advise can be given to grant funding. Other services include drainage design, project management and development consultancy. We specialise in Listed Building and Green Oak Construction.
